TERMS OF TRADING by MAIL ORDER

CRYSTALS and MINERALS

1. We use PAYPAL to process all sales for customer's protection and ours.
2. To make a purchase, simply click on the "add to basket" button, you will be taken to "Basket" in PAYPAL where you can choose to continue shopping or "proceed to checkout," At checkout you can either log in if you have a PAYPAL account or click continue to pay using your credit card. Just follow the on-screen instructions.
3. UK Orders - Upon receiving your order we will send you an Email message giving you the date of dispatch - usually within 72 hours. All UK jewellery orders will be sent by Royal Mail recorded/special Delivery. Jewellery orders below £99.95 will be charged £4.95 postage and packaging, all other jewellery orders will be charged at £9.95 postage and packaging. We will make every effort to minimise where possible the number of packages for bigger orders. Larger and heavier minerals will be quoted for separately on request. Please call us at the shop or send an email to obtain prices. Your receipt will be enclosed with the goods.
4. Refunds will only be given on damaged or faulty items.
5. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to Capricorn Minerals & Jewellery within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods and returned to Capricorn Minerals & Jewellery within 7 days. Failure to notify Capricorn Minerals & Jewellery may result in the rejection of the returned goods and no refund given.
6. We make every effort to ensure that the photographic images are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that all computer equipment, monitors etc. vary between systems.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any sale prior to sending the confirmation e-mail (Item 3 above)
8. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
9. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
